대신기계는 1997년 8월에 설립되어 현재 자동차부품을 양산 가공하는 자동차 사업부 그리고 자동화 가공 시스템의 부속장치인 NC Index Table 사업부를 입니다. 02년 본격적인 자동차 양산라인을 구축하면서 생산성 향상을 위해 고강성,고정밀도를 유지하는 Index Table를 도입하고자 하였으나 당시 적합한 Index가 없어 독자적으로 Face Gear타입의 NC Index Table을 개발하였습니다.우수한 효과로 06년 Index사업부를 설립하여 공급하였으며 그 성능을 인정받아 17년 현대위아에 NC Index Table공급업체로 지정되었습니다.
DaeShin Machine was established on 1997,Aug. it has two different business division, the one is automobile component division which was established on 2002, it has automatic-machining-line and has been supplying automobile components to hyundai until now, second one is NC Index Table Division. Daeshin has used other NC Index Table at that time building automatic-machining-line, however, it was not structurally appropriate for high-speed-cutting, since others introduced disc clutch type. therefore, Daeshin start to study how to endure high-speed-cutting for several years then invented face gear type itself as a first development in the world, it established on 2006, supplied Daeshin own NC Index Table to 200 customs about 500pcs of Dae Shin NC Index able. |

일반적으로 NC Index Table은 가공물을 고정하는 부속품인 지그로 구성되며 NC밀링 가공BED에 장착 됩니다. 여러 가공품을 NC Index Table지그에 안착하기 때문에 동시가공이 가능하여 다량가공에 용이하고 또한 회전축 구동으로 다양한 가공각도를 구현하여 가공공정을 줄여 제품 Cycle을 개선하여 생산원가를 줄이는 데 그 목적이 있습니다. 위와 같이 원래 대신기계는 NC Index Table사용자로서 중고절삭용에 적합한 고강성을 유지하는 Face Gear타입을 자체 개발하여 실용신안을 등록하였으며(등록제 20-0456169호),이는 동일사양 타사대비 절삭력이 10배 이상 이며 반복정밀도 또한 우수하여 대량생산을 목적으로 하는 중고절삭용 가공부품에 적합합니다.
Basically, NC Index Table is consist of JIG which fixing metalworks for machining them on vertical NC-milling machine. Several metalworks were set on JIG for machining simultaneously and also table can be rotated by servo drive for supplying various machining angle in order to reduce machining process improving production-cycle-time hence lower the cost of production. as it stated above Daeshin was a user of other NC Index Table as well before developed daeshin NC Index Table , but other NC Index Table was not good for high-speed-cutting, that’s why Daeshin got our own NC Index Table, the best feature of Daeshin NC Index Table is that cutting torque is ten times higher than others, therefore it make metalwork stable during machining, reducing production cycle time and improve productivity.
